Key points here are to remember to turn the throwing arm over fully, keeping the elbow fixed.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The beginners looked at Katate-Mochi Shihonage Ni, and the rest of the class finished up with some Jiyu-waza.</description>

We then practiced a number of Kokyu-Ho techniques - particularly Kokyu-Ho Go - experimenting with encouraging uke to grab lower, and with how movement of the hands can be used to affect their balance before the turn even starts.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;With Kokyu-Ho Ichi we concentrated on the importance of small movements, and moving forwards with both sides (driven by the toes rather than the legs).</description>
